GCCEA is proud to partner with GaERNST & Associates, Inc. as a resource for home energy audits as well as offer a rebate to our members who wish to have an audit conducted.  We offer a 50% rebate up to $150.00 towards a home energy audit.  The rebate form can be found under the Member Services/Rebate Forms page of our website or by clicking here.

Members should contact GaERNST directly at 800-376-0517.  Let them know you are a member of GCCEA and would like one of the following options:

- Residential blower door diagnostic energy audit - $240

- Residential infrared camera & blower door diagnostic audit - $360

 

Residential Audits: 

Diagnostic tools that may be used are:

 

  • Blower door test

  • Infrared camera inspection

  • Carbon monoxide safety & furnace test

  • Worst-case draft test.
